Modifying a 12 cm computer cooling fan for use as a gas stove or small fan

BOM: one of each; I bought extra, so some may not be needed
Li-ion battery charging module ×1 + 3.7 V Li-ion battery + 3 V to 12 V conversion module:

 

Cooling fan driver (3-pin or 4-pin)

Switch:

The second switch depends on the fan’s lighting situation: if it lights up when powered by DC, purchase the 12 mm self-locking type (if there’s no lighting, this can be ignored)

Absent wiring:

Old model: fan that lights up as soon as power is applied, but the potentiometer hole wasn’t positioned correctly

Wait for the ARGB module to arrive and the lights will work
