The relief‑style fan features a single blade measuring 18 cm in length. We recommend printing it with PLA Basic in Jade White for optimal results. The main image shows the print at a layer height of 0.12 mm; for even better quality, you can set the layer height to 0.08 mm, though this will increase printing time. Keep in mind that material shrinkage rates may vary. Apply a few drops of glue to the pin holes to prevent loosening.

Switching between printer models may affect the foot‑offset compensation. Manually adjust this value to 0.2 mm. Different printers may produce slightly varying blade thicknesses, leading to cumulative tolerances that could make the pins too short or too long. Before assembly, use a blade to carefully remove any burrs from the blade edges. If the pins are slightly too long, trim them down with the blade.
