Design the power bank housing based on the SW3208‑based power bank protection board
This time, we’re providing an 18650‑cell solution
Note: Soft‑pack cells are not supported!
Based on the two provided models, dimensions differ, resulting in varying capacities
The first model supports a 1S6P series‑parallel configuration and is suitable for 10,000–20,000 mAh cells
The second model supports a 1S3P series‑parallel configuration and is suitable for 6,000–10,000 mAh cells
The housing features a 1A1C window design, with the digital display and buttons integrated into a single molded part
Assembly requires securing the bottom PCB with M3×4 mm screws and attaching the housing using M2×5–10 mm screws
It is recommended to apply additional thermal interface material near the main controller’s heat source (see reference image)
