Since my fishing line is transparent and hard to photograph, I used a red wire as a substitute; the actual tying result is much better than this.

The method of use is the same as those sold elsewhere: first wrap the line around the hooking tool, then pull the line through from above.

Next, insert the fishhook and pre-tension the line.

Then remove both the line and the fishhook together.

Tighten it up, and you're done!
