Note: The cylindrical pins do not have to be exactly 60 mm long; longer pins provide better stability, but shorter ones will also work. If you purchase longer pins, you can trim them down to about 6 cm using pliers. Additionally, you don’t necessarily need to buy dedicated cylindrical pins—leftover metal skewers from barbecues can be cut to size and used instead, or toothpicks can serve as a temporary substitute. However, toothpicks may not bear sufficient weight and are best used only as a makeshift solution.
