A mini loom
designed for observing and understanding the principles of weaving and various patterns
Overall dimensions approximately 165*140*85 mm
It features three base boards for the heddles, each equipped with 13 heddle frames that control the warp threads (raising and lowering the warp to create the shed through which the shuttle passes)
These heddle frames can be individually secured to the three base boards, allowing different upper, middle, and lower layers of warp to be formed as they move up and down
The following two diagrams illustrate the ABCABC…A pattern and the ACAC…A pattern (using thicker colored yarns makes the patterns more visible; multiple shuttles can also be used)
The right-side elevation shows the warp divided into three layers

Assembly illustration:
You can assemble one set first; after installation, adjustments can be made by lifting the top pressure plate, raising the heddle frames, and then sliding them out horizontally

In this step, attention should be paid to the alignment on the left and right sides, as well as the gear relationship between the two heddle frame mounting plates for A and C. When laid flat, the three plates should be flush; when raised, A and C will be at different heights.
Thread threading can be done using a thread hook, with the front and back threads securely fixed
