The adult version has changed.

For the spring, I recommend a 1.6 mm diameter—this size won’t hurt when you’re hitting the body, so you can enjoy yourself during the New Year holidays. The specifications are: 1.6 mm outer diameter, 25 mm outer diameter, and 100 mm length.
You’ll also need a small spring: 0.5 mm diameter, 5 mm outer diameter, and 20 mm length (adjust this based on the strength and length of the main spring).
