About the design reasons (using pain points) and solutions and printing considerations for my flat workbench

Reasons for 1. model making (using pain points):

① The shell of the flat panel is too wide and occupies a large area. You have to remove the hand rest every time to draw the model normally, and you often accidentally press the computer keyboard.

② It is not possible to flexibly adjust the angle, sometimes it will be reflective, and it is necessary to adjust the angle when brushing the drama in bed.

Pen charging, always from the pen slot out of the charge, put in other places.

④ Sometimes there are many messages on the mobile phone. While drawing the model, you need to watch the messages to reply to the messages. It is very troublesome to drive the mobile phone holder to and from the mobile phone.

⑤ The flat plate is easy to slide and topple when holding it in hand to brush the drama.

2. design to solve the pain point of the design:

① The simple bracket covers a small area. Even if it is put on the hand rest, it can be used normally by adjusting the angle, so it is not necessary to take off the hand rest every time.

②It can be positioned according to your daily use angle, and can be flexibly adjusted according to the angle required by different scenes.

Using the buckle of the consumable wire fixing bracket, multiple holes can be used for angle adjustment, the purpose of doing so is to reduce unnecessary support.

③ Open-type power cord charging position, when the pen is charged, it can be placed on the workbench, and it does not need to be placed in other places to charge, and at the same time, it can use another wire to charge the tablet.

④ The mobile phone can be placed on the workbench at any time to check the reply message in time.

Only two stabilizer screws can be used as a block to prevent the mobile phone from falling. You can also use consumable wires, but metal accessories are more eye-catching.

⑤ Anti-skid strips are added on both sides of the back of the flat plate, which can be firmly grasped when watching the play.

The anti-slip strip can be used with other self-made accessories. And it is easy to disassemble and assemble. The gap is also designed with holes, which is convenient to use consumable wire to fix it. When it is not fixed, the mobile phone bracket can be taken off at any time (the consumable wire is removed from the hole with a toothpick).

a few design of small ingenuity:

① The inside of the pen slot is a slope, and the back is a nail buckle, which is convenient to take out the pen. The bottom of the mobile phone holder is also sloped and non-slip, and the entrance of the mobile phone charging cable is also increased.

② consumable silk can be fixed, choose silk, PETG, flexible consumables.

③ Assembled to achieve anti-skid and buckle dual use.

④: When not in use, it can be directly hung for storage. At ordinary times can also be hung to charge, do not occupy space.

⑤ The bracket on the back can be fixed by using consumable wire to clamp the bracket.

The flat plate can be placed in the card slot.

⑦ A plate buckle is added to prevent the plate from sliding down. When not in use, it can also be inserted into the charging port for storage to prevent loss.

Precautions for 3. printing:

① Do not use PETG for large-area model consumables, especially at night, because the temperature difference is too large!

The thin surface of the use of manual support to reduce the spacing of the bridge to achieve a good support effect!

③ The consumables that were not dried at the factory caused me to fail to print many times and the support could not stick inside.

④ It will be much better to lay the foundation PLA if the temperature difference is too large next evening and at night.
