This is one of my series of fitness equipment for park communities: a mini simulated seesaw.

• The seesaw body features a yellow, rectangular planking with a small horse-head motif carved into the ends in a hollow-line style, faithfully recreating the classic design of children’s playground seesaws;
• The supporting structure consists of a black triangular base paired with a spherical pivot, enabling 360-degree rotation so the seesaw can swing and flip flexibly;
• The detailing is meticulously crafted: the black cylindrical elements beside the horse heads and the black spherical bearings at the pivot are both realistically reproduced, giving the entire piece a charming, childlike appeal.
• The planking can be designed as a standard rectangle, 2–3 mm thick, with hollow-cutouts at both ends to ensure print strength;
• The pivot employs a spherical hinge mechanism that allows for 360° rotation while maintaining tight tolerances to prevent looseness;

• The base features a triangular support structure to ensure stability; it can also be designed as a modular, split-piece configuration for easier printing and assembly.

  Prepare all the printed parts
  First insert the pivot into the base through the cutout, with the cut surface facing downward.
  Next, attach the seesaw by securing it to the connecting rod using ball-head screws. Finally, install the handles.
