       I. Core Design of the Product

        This modular, expandable fill light is specifically designed for professional maker applications such as 3D printing extruders, precision repair, and prototype development. With practical functionality at its core, it balances flexibility and convenience to address the key pain points of insufficient lighting, awkward working postures, and limited workspace during precision tasks.

        II. Core Functions and Design Highlights

       1. Modular and Expandable with Highly Adjustable Height: Featuring a multi-segment robotic arm combined with stackable connecting columns, this design allows for quick addition or removal of components using standard mounting screws, enabling stepless height adjustment to accommodate different workbench heights and lighting needs across various work scenarios. The modular structure also supports future expansion.

       2. Portable Power Supply Adaptable to All Scenarios: No need for a fixed power source—simply plug it into a power bank to operate, eliminating cable constraints. It can be moved anytime to any location, whether it’s a 3D printing workstation, a repair station, or even your bed, providing stable illumination for both desktop precision work and impromptu assembly on the bed, perfectly meeting the flexible demands of real-world working environments.

       3. Creative Counterweight Base: Convenient and Stable: Using a 3D-printed filament tray as the counterweight base, there’s no need to custom-design a separate base structure or add extra weights. This not only ensures stable support for the light fixture but also makes efficient use of commonly used maker materials. The simple, durable design reduces manufacturing costs while combining practicality with creativity.

       4. Large-Surface Light Source Design Ensuring No Blind Spots: Utilizing a dual-panel LED lamp head (expandable to four panels or more), the large illuminated surface provides uniform, flicker-free fill lighting, eliminating localized bright shadows. This design is ideal for high-lighting-demand tasks such as precision welding, 3D-printed part assembly, and electronic component repair, enhancing operational accuracy and efficiency.
