A simple dust-collecting and vacuuming device. The filtration system uses HEPA filter cotton, specifically the HEPA filter module from my Exhaust Air Filtration Box project. The fan is a 12V case fan in the 12038 size (likely a high-performance model). The overall dimensions are 168 x 168 x 82. Speed control is achieved using a 4-pin fan speed controller, and power is supplied via a Type-C power adapter.

The electrical component mounting plate is secured with M4×8 flat-head screws, requiring either M4×6×5 hot-melt nuts or M4×5×5 hot-melt nuts embedded into the main body, or alternatively, M5 self-tapping screws can be used for attachment.

The front cover is held in place by four 14mm×2mm round magnets, which are glued into their respective slots.

The pattern on the top cover is generated using an internal fill pattern; you can modify the modifier parameters to customize the design.

Installation method:

Embed the hot-melt nuts as shown in the diagram.

The electrical components are installed as illustrated: the PWM speed controller is fixed in the indicated position, and the securing nut is tightened. The Type-C power adapter is affixed with 3M adhesive (if you’re concerned about stability, you can also use hot-melt glue).

Remember to set the adapter to the voltage supported by your fan (in this case, I’m using a 12V setting via dip switches).

Connect the fan’s 4-pin cable and secure the electrical mounting plate with M4 screws. Pay attention to the 4-pin connector: press it down firmly so that the pins snap into the recess on the fan’s side (if it doesn’t fit, try shortening the connector slightly).

Secure the fan with M5 case screws.

If you’re working with the base version, don’t forget to insert the printed plug (foot pad); I’m using TPU95A for this.

Attach the magnets to the front cover and the electrical component mounting plate, then insert the filter cotton module and put on the top cover.

Note: Be sure to test the circuit first; only install it after confirming there are no issues.
