Usage Tips

1. After printing, carefully sand the tips and edges of the massage pillars to remove any visible layer lines or burrs, preventing skin irritation.

2. Apply gentle pressure—avoid forceful pounding—and use it solely for external massage; do not substitute for medical treatment.
