The parametric modeling capabilities of Fusion 360 are becoming increasingly practical—and this is the first fully parametric model I’ve created to test those features.
This model has been fully parameterized! You can customize your wireless charging stand for any standard disc‑shaped wireless charger—as long as the charger’s width exceeds that of your phone and it doesn’t use MagSafe magnetic attachment—and tailor it to fit a wide range of smartphones.
Customization Tips:

The model includes five parameters. The charger diameter, charger thickness, and phone width require no further explanation; the phone thickness refers to the total depth, including any camera bump. “Charging Height” is the distance from the bottom of the phone to the center point of the wireless charger when the device is properly aligned—for reference, see the “x” in the diagram below—and can be estimated roughly. This parameter ensures that the phone sits correctly within the stand, aligning the charging coil for maximum charging efficiency.

If you’d like to skip the hassle, simply measure these five parameters, leave a comment in the discussion thread, and share your valuable input—we’ll help you generate the custom model you need!

I’ve gotten into the habit of keeping a wireless charger handy wherever I might place my phone—whether it’s by the bedside, on my desk, or in the kitchen—so that simply setting down my phone triggers a seamless, almost instinctive charging routine! With the widespread adoption of wireless charging, low‑power disc‑shaped chargers (typically 10–20 W) have become incredibly affordable. However, these lower‑wattage chargers often experience reduced power output if the alignment isn’t perfect. To address this issue, I developed an early version of this model specifically for the wireless chargers I own—and for my Xiaomi 13 Pro (as reflected in the print settings I uploaded)—featuring both vertical and horizontal phone slots, a 60° stand, and an optional flat‑lying base that lets you lay the charger horizontally to charge smaller devices like earbuds or smartwatches. I’ve since expanded the design to support a variety of disc‑shaped wireless chargers in my collection.
We invite you to use Fusion 360 to create your very own custom wireless charging stand!
Printing Tips:
- Wireless chargers tend to heat up during operation; we recommend using high‑temperature‑resistant materials like PETG for printing.
- The print settings include two types of supports: a simple stand and a foldable base designed for charging earbuds, smartwatches, and other small devices.
- The charger tray and 60° stand are printed separately. After printing, join them together using 1 cm wide double‑sided tape or adhesive. You can secure the charging cable to the stand with zip ties or cable ties.
- For files downloaded via the parametric customization feature, be sure to add supports to the horizontal phone arm before printing. We recommend manually adding supports, then selecting “Standard (Manual)” as the support type and “Tight Fit” as the support style.

We recommend adding supports manually.
