The magnetic insulation enclosure designed to improve the thermal insulation of cc2 integrates an insulation compartment door that can be opened and closed synchronously, and a multifunctional backboard containing a waste slide.

The actual measurement can ensure that the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the compartment can reach 60 ℃ under the condition of matching the active compartment temperature, and the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the compartment can still reach more than 30 ℃ without turning on the active compartment temperature (close the exhaust).

Printing is simple: petg is used as the printing material to avoid warping caused by printing in the absence of cabin temperature, and the consumption of consumables is about 1kg.

Door Insulation: It is equipped with a insulated door, which can be opened simultaneously or separately to observe the interior.

Waste slide: the back plate is integrated with waste slide, the slide slope is large and not blocked, and the full-cover slide can effectively avoid cabin temperature loss,

Manual grille (optional): external grille that can be manually switched for further insulation

1. Right magnetic side plate:

the right magnetic attraction plate contains four sub-pieces, which are linked by mortise and tenon joint and bolt, and glue is required at the joint. Cut the thermal insulation material according to the inner contour and bond it with glue or double-sided adhesive. Dig a hole for the thermal insulation foam at the red frame shown in the figure and stick a 5mm thick magnet.

2. Left magnetic panel

the right magnetic attraction plate contains four sub-parts (including a special-shaped component), which are linked by mortise and tenon joint and bolt, and glue is required at the joint. Cut the thermal insulation material according to the inner contour and bond it with glue or double-sided adhesive. Dig a hole for the thermal insulation foam at the red frame shown in the figure and stick a 5mm thick magnet.

3. Front gate assembly

contains four sub-pieces, using mortise and mortise & bolt links, and glue is required for the joints. Cut the thermal insulation material according to the inner contour and bond it with glue or double-sided adhesive. Dig a hole in the thermal insulation foam at the red frame position shown in the figure and stick a 3mm thick magnet. Cut the foam at the yellow position to ensure that the door handle can extend from this position.

adopt the assembled left magnetic side plate to the left side of cc2, and make the special-shaped part located at the upper left corner of the front of cc2 (for positioning)

use glue (glue recommended for easy removal, such as silicone glue) to paste the part containing the LOGO of Philco on the lower left corner of the front and align it with the side panel (the only part that needs to be pasted on cc2) as shown in the figure.

insert a 4mm aluminum rod as a shaft from the special-shaped part of the left side plate, penetrate through the long hole reserved by the gate, and pass it into the round hole groove on the fixed plate with logo at the bottom to complete the assembly of the gate (ensure that part of the aluminum rod leaks outside for easy disassembly)

4. Multi-function backplane

the multifunctional backplane includes 5 disassembled parts and 2 optional components. Its complex structure is mainly for weight reduction and printing. It is assembled with mortise and tenon structure, and is linked with glue to ensure strength. A 5mm magnet is pasted on the red position shown in the figure.

Multi-function backplane function introduction

① Switchable grille, reserved for the joint position of the multi-color system, including 4 magnet positions (convenient for further diy exhaust system), manual grille is optional

② Scrap slide: large-angle closed scrap slide to avoid temperature loss

③ reserved port: reserved diy port (there are multiple back plate openings at this position, which can be used for wiring of some equipment), and foam can be cut directly when necessary.
