Print the base in your material of choice. Print 2x the cap in TPU. The screw threads on the cap aren't really meant to be screwed, they're for an interference fit. Just press the cap into the ridge on the base. You may have to push hard, use a mallet, step on it, etc. 

I've included a base and cap for seltzer sized cans as well as soda sized cans. Need a different size? The model is parametric and available here. Keep in mind that as I was designing and adjusting some of my formulas ended up getting a little off, so don't just enter dimensions and trust. Use the measure tools in Onshape to verify the final dimensions are correct. I've found that 6mm wider than the can diameter and 6mm shorter than the can height works well
