  • No Hardware Required: The holder features a clever snap-fit / interlocking design. It stays securely in place without needing a single extra screw.
  • Fully Reversible: Want to go back to the original setup? No problem. The system pops right out, leaving your printer in its original state.

🔧 Installation Steps

  1. Relocate the Filament Sensor: Unscrew the two support screws from the external shell and move the sensor to the inside of the printer.
  2. Insert the Holder: Simply snap the printed parts into position using the built-in interlocking system.
  3. Load & Print: Route your filament through the internal sensor and you're ready to go!

⚠️ Important Compatibility Note

To ensure enough clearance within the chamber, this holder is compatible with spools up to 7.5 cm (75mm) in width.

  • Most standard 1kg spools (Bambu, Sunlu, Esun, etc.) fit perfectly.
  • Please check your spool width before starting. If you have a wider "monster" spool, you can temporarily switch back to the stock holder in seconds.

Print Recommendations

Since this part lives inside the heated chamber, I highly recommend printing it in PETG, ASA, or ABS to ensure it maintains its structural integrity over time.
