Description
Tired of ironing that comes out blobby, dragged, or just plain ugly? So was I. Most ironing calibration tests wastes filament printing giant plates covered in embossed numbers you only need to read once. This one lets you skip that entirely and just read the image in the documentation.
Each square on the plate is set to a different combination of ironing flow percentage and ironing line spacing. Print it, find the square with the cleanest top surface, and plug those exact values into your slicer. Done.
What's included:
- Ironing Test (No Numbers) .3mf — the clean version. Prints just the squares, saving you the filament and time of printing embossed labels. Use this one with the mapping image below.
- Ironing Test (With Numbers) .3mf — same plate, but with each square labeled if you'd rather have the values printed right on the model.
- Mapping image — shows which square corresponds to which flow % and line-spacing combo, so the no-numbers version tells you everything you need without the extra plastic.
