this is a 28BYJ-48 Stepper Motor accessory kit with 3 main components: a mount for reduced vibration and stability, an arm to go on the stepper motor which is easily customizable if you know how to 3d model and finally two brackets to mount on any surface with either glue or screws to act a s a stepper lock. thank you mikeneron for the initial mount design.
