Installation steps:

the wire reel base and wire reel are assembled first. Note that the handle needs to be stuck on the base first.

Push the cover plate to it, and press the other part of the handle into the hole of the cover plate.

Install the set screws.

Install the crank into the middle hole and turn it over.

Install the fixed cover plate, which needs to be reserved with the base, and cannot be stuck or it will be difficult to rotate.

Install the upper crank handle and complete the installation.
