Vortex Washer – High-Efficiency Multicolor Design

This vortex washer is a purpose-built 3D model designed to create a strong, stable vortex for efficient washing. The internal geometry has been carefully optimized to promote smooth rotational flow, allowing it to perform reliably with both low and high water pressure. The design features drainage slots along the upper side walls, which help maintain the water level needed for vortex formation while preventing overflow. Smaller drain holes on the bottom allow for quick and complete drainage after use.

This is a multicolor friendly model, making it ideal for printers with AMS or similar systems.

The print includes manually designed supports, ensuring print reliability while keeping cleanup simple and predictable.

Important Note:
While PLA and PETG are generally considered food-safe in raw form, additives in standard filaments may not be. If you plan to use this model for food-related purposes (like washing Fruit or Vegetables), it is recommended to use certified food-safe filament. Also note that printing itself is inherently not food-safe (it can introduce other contaminants in the process, such as oils, etc.), so some form of sterilization before use is also recommended (ethanol can be used on both PLA and PETG).
