Clips onto 8mm aluminum bike rack. Sew on with very strong thread. I used a heavy-duty nylon thread. Should have pretty good retention and easy removal. Remove by squeezing the thumb lever while pulling up. You don't need to squeeze it that much. 

Print with a relatively flexible filament like PETG. Use enough perimeters that the lever is completely filled with perimeter traces. Print on the side so the lever is oriented for maximum strength. The STL is oriented correctly for printing. The 3mf file will need to be rotated.

Needs some supports for the lever.
