Design Features:

• Two bracket types for flexible configurations:
  • Groove-cut support brackets – The board slides through a routed channel for a seamless, recessed look
  • Stopper brackets – Feature mechanical stops to lock the board in place, preventing accidental shifts
• Hidden fasteners – All mounting holes are routed on the underside, keeping your setup looking professional and uncluttered
• Approx. 10cm height when printed and assembled
• Simple installation – Just 2 screws per bracket (M5 or similar)

Customizable & Flexible:

• Works with any wooden board: 200mm depth × 18mm thickness × custom length
• Mix and match brackets for different configurations (center supports + side stoppers)
• Paint or stain the brackets to match your desk aesthetic
• Scale the design up/down for different heights or board sizes

Example Build: The gallery shows a complete setup using a 600 × 200 × 18mm wood board with 4 brackets (2 groove-cut center + 2 stopper sides), creating an elevated keyboard tray/monitor stand combo.

Print Tips:

• FDM friendly – no supports needed when printed flat
• Recommended infill: 15-20% for strength without excess weight
• Best results with matte black or color-matched filament
