This is a 3D model of the classic diabolo, a game of skill and coordination that gained widespread popularity in the 1990s and 2000s—and remains a favorite among juggling enthusiasts to this day. It’s perfect for practicing tricks, performing outdoor shows, or simply having fun.

The design consists of:

• Two symmetrical cups
• A central axle
• Two sticks with ergonomic grips
• A string to be added manually
• An M8 threaded rod (not printed) + 2 M8 nuts for securely joining the cups together.

Note: The metal threaded rod (recommended length: 80–100 mm) ensures robustness and optimal balance during rotation. The nuts are precisely fitted into dedicated recesses within the cups.

Recommended printing materials:

• Cups: TPU (flexible filament) – designed to absorb impacts and withstand drops. Use an infill of 15–20%, with 2–3 perimeters.
• Sticks + central axle: PLA CF (PLA with carbon fiber) – offering maximum rigidity and lightweight performance, ideal for precise control and smooth handling.
