Assembly Instructions
This model combines the advantages of TPU joints and integrally printed gear joints.
It significantly reduces both the number of parts and the assembly steps, to the point where I don’t even think an installation guide is necessary.
The only thing to pay attention to is that the shield-to-shield linkages use threaded connections—just tighten them securely.
The TPU liners used in the waist and thigh joints are all the same size and therefore interchangeable.
For everything else, simply press the ball joints into the TPU components, and assembly is complete—very straightforward.
The pistol can be held in the hand or inserted into the dovetail groove on the thigh.
I’m using TPU with a durometer of 64D (or TPU for AM), which is fairly stiff, so you may need to use needle-nose pliers to assist with installation.
