Replacement clip for pleated blinds from Lichtblick and other manufacturers.
I encountered issues with other models, as they were not optimized for 3D printing.
- This clip can be printed lying flat on its side, resulting in high mechanical strength.
- The teeth were designed significantly larger in the 3D model, ensuring that:
- the model can be printed accurately even with a 0.4 mm nozzle, and
- the clip functions reliably even when installed in a slightly loose mounting bracket.
- I created two different lengths to ensure the clip does not overhang—and therefore won’t snap off if something gets caught on it.
