This adapter screws onto 80cm exhaust pipe, just note the direction of the pipe's thread. It often requires you to rotate the adapter anti clockwise to thread it on.

 

Once attached to the pipe you can then push it onto the outlet of any 80cm pipe eg the SafteyPro IF2 Hyper Flow Inline Duct Fan pictured.
