The Drill Dust Catcher with Slide-In Guides is designed to keep your workspace clean while providing precise guidance for your drill bits.

The model consists of two parts:

• Dust Catcher – A rigid main body that collects debris and dust generated while drilling.
• Slide-In Guides – Removable guides that slide into the catcher, allowing you to position the correct drill bit size quickly and accurately. Sizes currently available are:
  • 5mm
  • 6mm
  • 7mm
  • 8mm

Instead of dust scattering around your workspace, it falls directly into the catcher where it can be emptied in seconds.

Printing

All parts were printed upright with very little support for clean surfaces on critical areas.

Recommended settings:

• Layer Height: 0.16mm
• First Layer Height: 0.2mm
• Wall Loops: 2
• Sparse Infill Density: 15%
• Brim: None

Mounting

The dust catcher can sit directly under your workpiece or drill press. No screws are required; the guides slide securely into the catcher to stay in place during use.

Assembly

Slide the drill guides into the catcher until fully seated. No glue, screws, or additional hardware is required.
