AMS Lite Hanger for Square Pegboard

This is a clean, sturdy 3D-printed two-part hanger system specifically designed to mount your Bambu Lab AMS Lite securely onto a standard square pegboard (also known as square-hole pegboard with typically 25 mm spacing, common in metal workshop/ garage setups).

The design consists of:

• A pegboard mounting plate that hooks firmly into the square holes
• A separate AMS Lite brace that attaches directly to the AMS Lite using the original factory screws

The two parts slide together and interlock for a solid connection. After months of real-world testing, I added extra holes on the pegboard side to allow zip-ties for additional anti-wobble security — highly recommended for heavy or vibration-prone setups.

Design Details

• AMS brace (the part that screws onto the AMS Lite): 28 mm thick × 175 mm tall × 62.5 mm deep
• Pegboard hanger plate: 23.5 mm thick × 115 mm tall × ~40 mm deep (protrusion from board)
• Printed in two separate parts for easier printing and strength orientation
• Uses original AMS Lite mounting screws (no additional hardware needed for AMS side)
• Extra 4 mm holes added on pegboard plate for optional zip-tie reinforcement

Printing Recommendations

Print both parts in a strong, durable material such as PETG, ABS, or ASA for best long-term performance under load and in workshop environments (PLA is acceptable for light use but may creep over time). Use at least 3 walls, 25% infill. Minimal supports are required. Print using the recommended print profile orientation as it has the best strength ratio.
