This is a remixed model that is used in my blog post for mounting a Lenovo tablet for Home Assistant usage:

The model is remixed to accommodate being mounted on top of a Paradox Alarm system keypad. This eliminated the need to screw holes into the wall to mount it. Additionally it has a hidden wire loom made to wire some low voltage cables. This is shown in the picture with the red arrows. The original model had a hole at the top of the mount to have access to the volume and power buttons. I made some simple slide in buttons for easier access to use them. The left side of the mount is widened to allow placement of a DC-DC buck converter if needed. More details of the mount and setup are available on the blog post provided.
