📖 Description

Upgrade your gear with the classic "Stacked" aesthetic! This Dual Concentric Knob Set is inspired by the modern Fender Jazz Bass and EVH 5150 III 50W designs. It allows for independent control of two parameters (like Volume/Tone or Gain/Low) on a single potentiometer space.

Whether you are restoring a classic bass, modding your 5150 amp, or building a custom pedalboard, these knobs provide the perfect balance of vintage "Boutique" looks and modern tactile precision.

🛠️ Technical Specifications

This set includes two separate files designed to fit together seamlessly:

Upper Knob (Top):

• Diameter: 19mm.
• Compatibility: Designed for 3/16" (approx. 4.76mm) potentiometer shafts.
• Fastening System: Set-Screw design for a professional, slip-free grip.
• Hardware Required: 1x M3 Nut + 1x M3 Set Screw (Grub Screw) per knob.

Lower Knob (Bottom):

• Diameter: 25mm.
• Compatibility: Designed for 1/4" (6.35mm) potentiometer shafts.
• Fastening System: Set-Screw design for a professional, slip-free grip.
• Hardware Required: 1x M3 Nut + 1x M3 Set Screw (Grub Screw) per knob.

🔧 Assembly Instructions

1. Insert the Nuts: Slide an M3 Nut into the internal hexagonal slot of both the upper and lower knobs.
2. Prepare the Screws: Thread the M3 Set Screws into the holes until they meet the nuts.
3. Mounting the Lower Knob: Place the 25mm knob on the bottom 1/4" shaft first. Align and tighten the screw.
4. Mounting the Upper Knob: Place the 19mm knob on the top 3/8" shaft. Ensure there is a tiny gap between the two knobs so they turn independently, then lock the screw.

🎨 Printing & Finishing Tips

• Resin (Best Result): Recommended for the "Injection Molded" factory look and crisp indicator lines.
• FDM (PLA/PETG): Use a 0.1mm layer height to ensure the concentric fit is smooth and friction-free.
• The "Pro" Look: Print in Black. Use a white paint pen or acrylic paint to fill the vertical indicator recessed lines. Wipe away the excess for a sharp, high-contrast finish.
• Material Tip: For the EVH 5150 III look, use a high-gloss black filament or resin to match the iconic "chicken head" companion aesthetic.
