Fully 3D printed functional stool. The design is based on two layer design; the inner layer is printed from a stiff material (such as PLA CF) and the outer layer is printed in more flexible material that doesn't creep (I used PETG CF). The inner part is glued inside the outer parts. The files include Outer_1 and Outer_2 parts. You will need 3 of each. One for each leg. Then you will need 3 of each of the Beams (1, 2, and 3). One for each leg. Then you will need the connector part and 3 pins to hold everything securely in place. I added plastic glue everywhere to make the joints stronger. The final product is a beautiful fully 3D printed chair that is actually usable. I have been using the stool regularly for several months already and it is holding up without any problems. It has been tested with a 85kg person.

Important printing notes!

Use at least 5 walls for all parts to ensure the strength of the final product. use gyroid infill to evenly distribute stresses inside the parts when printing.
