Fitness Band Case

A compact, magnetically-closing storage case designed to hold resistance or fitness bands. The model is fully 3D printable in-place, with a built-in functional hinge — no assembly required.

Versions

• Fitness_band_case_24_24 – both compartments are 24 mm deep
• Fitness_band_case_24_18 – one side 24 mm deep, the other 18 mm deep

Hardware

• Magnets: 2 × 6 mm × 3 mm round magnets (press-fit)

Printing Parameters

• Material: PETG (recommended), PLA also works
• Layer height: 0.12 mm (required for smooth hinge movement)
• Wall loops: 2
• Infill: 30 %
• Supports: none required
• Print orientation: as provided (print-in-place hinge)

Notes

• Ensure your printer is well-calibrated as the hinge tolerances are tight.
• The magnets can be inserted into the recessed holes after printing.
