🏃‍♀️ A few days ago, the Arturo Jauretche National University hosted its marathon in Florencio Varela. As runners crossed the finish line, each participant was awarded a medal just like this one 🏅.

A friend of my daughter was unable to claim her medal, so she asked if we could replicate it… and here’s the result! 💪

🔧 With only a single reference image, the final model measures roughly 42 mm in diameter and 5.5 mm thick. To simplify printing, we scaled the file up to 70 mm.

🎨 The medal was printed in Silver, Blue, and Black PLA—though you don’t need a multicolor printer to bring it to life.

📐 Print settings:

• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 12%
• 2 perimeter walls, 3 top layers, and 3 bottom layers
• Temperature: 210 °C at the nozzle, 55 °C on the print bed
