A practical and durable beer bottle carrier designed to hold six 0.5 L glass bottles.
This model consists of two main parts – the case and the handle.
Inside the case are integrated TPU inserts that function as sound and vibration dampers, reducing clinking noise when carrying glass bottles.
The TPU elements are printed together with the PETG case in a multi-material setup (AMS or similar system required) – no manual assembly of the dampers is needed.
🧩 Parts Overview
- Case (PETG + TPU) – main body with flexible TPU inserts printed in place.
- Handle (PETG) – strong and ergonomic, attached using screws or glue.
🧴 Material Advice
- PETG ensures strength and durability for the carrier body.
- TPU adds flexibility and sound damping — must be used for the inserts for proper function.
- Do not replace TPU with rigid material unless you disable the damping feature.
🪛 Assembly
- Print the case (PETG + TPU) using AMS or another multi-material setup.
- Print the handle (PETG) separately.
- Attach the handle to the case using two M4×10 screws — or, alternatively, glue the parts together.
- Load six bottles (0.5 L each) and enjoy quiet, safe transport! 🍻
