G 1/4" Anschraubtülle für 13/10 mm Schlauch (PC-Wasserkühlung)

Mit diesem Anschluss lässt sich ein 13/10 mm Schlauch zuverlässig an ein G 1/4"-Gewinde anschließen – eine typische Kombination bei selbstgebauten PC-Wasserkühlungen.

Ich habe die Tülle so gestaltet, dass sie mit einem 14 × 1 mm O-Ring abgedichtet werden kann. Der O-Ring sitzt passgenau in der vorgesehenen Nut.

Gedruckt habe ich das Modell in PETG. Die Teile sind bei mir absolut dicht. Für ein gutes Ergebnis bei den Gewinden empfehle ich im Gewindebereich eine Schichtdicke von 0,1 mm.
Die Außenfläche habe ich mit Fuzzyskin versehen, damit man beim Einschrauben besseren Halt hat.

G 1/4" Barb Fitting for 13/10 mm Tubing (PC Water Cooling)

This fitting allows you to connect a 13/10 mm tube to a standard G 1/4" thread – commonly used in custom PC water cooling loops.

The part is designed to be sealed with a 14 × 1 mm O-ring, which fits neatly into the integrated groove.

I printed the model in PETG and it turned out completely watertight. For best results with the threads, I recommend using a layer height of 0.1 mm in that area.
I also added a fuzzy skin texture to the outside of the cylinder to give it a better grip when screwing it in.
