Description

The third mythical mecha—Zhu Bajie the Spider.

A fusion mecha born from the collaboration of Bajie and Zizhu’er.

No supports required, no glue needed, and no hardware components whatsoever.

Assembly instructions are provided in the third image below.

All eight spider legs are precision‑tuned with tightly controlled tolerances; wait until the print has fully cooled before bending them into place. The joints are designed to be snug, and you may feel a slight “jolt” or resistance when snapping them into position—this is perfectly normal.

For the skeletal structure, ASA filament yields the best results, though other materials can certainly be used as substitutes. As for the outer shell, any material will do—it’s largely inconsequential.

Due to variations in printer performance and filament quality, some areas of the outer shell may fit extremely tightly against the skeleton. You can adjust the printing tolerances for the outer shell, or simply apply a bit of brute force—sometimes that’s all it takes to get things just right!
