The piece that mounts the top rack to the rails in my Whirlpool Dishwasher keeps breaking, so I designed a much more durable upgrade. The only downside of this part is you can no longer adjust the height of the dishwasher - it's always on the highest position. Who uses the lower setting anyway?

I printed the part out of ABS, but you can use high temp PETG as well. Keep the wheels from the standard part. Use the "bolt" with some super glue to hold the wheels on. ABS can be brittle, so I didn't use any screws. This should hold up much better than the standard part, and even if it doesn't it's still cheaper to print replacements than to buy replacements!
