I’ve equipped my newly purchased Nanopi R3S single-board computer with a lightweight enclosure that uses minimal consumables while providing excellent thermal management—perfect for carrying the R3S as a portable router. To secure the motherboard, three M2 screws are required; however, the board can also be mounted without screws, relying solely on frictional engagement between the A‑side and B‑side (though you may need to adjust the coefficient of thermal expansion).
