I couldn’t carve it further—since the hair didn’t require a brush, I just modeled the entire piece in one go, making it much easier to print.
The printed result turned out pretty good.
Feel free to remix and refine the details—I’m still pretty新手 at this, so my skills are limited 0 0
I tried to hollow out the front section for lighter weight—but when I went to disassemble it, I realized it was actually quite tricky. Since I had already reduced the mesh count during printing and deleted the original file, I decided not to split the model into separate parts. My advice is to cut the pieces apart at the design stage, then glue them back together later.
Aoguang remains a challenging project for me—I’ve never really planned on tackling it, but I figured I’d give it a shot anyway 0 0. Overall, it looks great from a distance—haha!
