Assembly

Screw the led light into arm Section 2, heating screws with a soldering iron if they don go in easily. Screw the diffuser onto the light. Insert the light's wires into the slot on arm Section 2. screw arm Section 1 onto arm Section 2 using a nut, rubber washer, metal washer, and thumbscrew. Make sure the wire slot on Section 1 is on the same side as Section 2. Insert the light wires into Section 1. Screw the arm assembly onto the base.
