Modified the top cover of the drying box by adding snap‑locks to prevent the lid from loosening.

 

Due to the height limitations of the 4L rice bucket, when approximately 200g of material remains, the lightweight nature of the entire material tray can cause the feeding motor to pull the tray off its mounting bracket, jamming against the top cover and leading to material jams.

Building upon the original design, the following modifications were made:

  • Replaced the 608ZZ bearing with a 685ZZ (5*11*5)
  • Added an additional drying box

You’ll need to prepare the following components:

  • 4L Rice Bucket (this bucket features a wider diameter than standard 4L rice buckets on the market and delivers exceptional sealing performance)
  • 685ZZ Bearing

We recommend printing a custom top cover for the 4L rice bucket to securely support the ball valve interface and further minimize the risk of material jams. Click here to view the design.
