There's a bunch of other people's carefully designed parametric OpenSCAD boxes, but I wanted this box, with a particular set of features.  I checked my bookmarks and none of them really seemed to do the trick.

What I wanted was a recipe-box styled box with a friction-fit lid, one designed to be able to have a taller lid so that you could really thumb through the stuff, like a recipe box.  Except parametric, because I designed this around a 4" × 6" plastic bag so I could store the seed envelopes for my garden but I'll probably use it for a few other things and I want you to be able to use it for … whatever size you need.  And then it would be really nice for it not use that much material and print quickly, so I kept it fairly thin and it's completely content to get printed with a fat nozzle - I used a 0.8 nozzle.

I also wanted dividers, so a matching divider generator is also included.

One nice property of having the lid tall is that you can print a box to hold something taller than your printer's Z axis, for example if you wanted to hold some letter or A4 sized paper.

If it ends up with the two pieces too tight or two loose, don't flip your lid!  The lid is the part that has the lid_tol variable applied, so if you discover that the lid is too tight or loose, you just need to re-print the lid.

Library requirements

I posted the OpenSCAD file as well as a mesh, if you want to use the OpenSCAD version, you need to install the BOSL2 library.  You can use the arrangement drop-down to pick which piece you want to look at.

Printing settings

I printed mine with white PETG on my Voron Trident with a fat 0.8 nozzle.  It's a little rough because I haven't bothered to finely tune the new hotend while printing it.
