This is a remix of a screw-top SDcard holder , modified to hold the 30x34mm batteries used by the SJCAM and other GoPro/GoPro-alike action cameras. Holds 2 batteries.

This is not inherently waterproof, but you could add a rubber ring at the bottom of the screw threads for a better seal.
