This is an adapter I cobbled together to resurrect my old Turtle Beach XP500 wireless headset. I had an old David Clark style aviation headset laying around and thought it would make a suitable replacement to the original mostly plastic headband that had broken.

The fit isn't perfect, but it seemed to work well enough for my purposes.

This does require quite a bit of disassembly and soldering.
