This is another case for the Orange Pi 3b v1.1.1 using a rear mounted 40mm fan. (It has sufficient length to work with the v2 version but I don't have one to test.) I am using an nvme drive mounted on the bottom and wanted to ensure that it got adequate airflow to stay cool. The antenna mounts internally above the side IO. 

 

This print requires supports on all three pieces. I recommend loading my .3mf file to get an idea on where to put supports. Auto Tree will work, but manual normal supports are better. I uploaded 3 .stl files, each piece individual and all combined into one. I printed this in Polymaker CopE.
