It is a Legobrick shaped coat hanger available in different sizes 4,5,6,7 cm.
You can also attach to a single screw.
The size in cm is that of the diameter of the base of the brick

For the 4cm brick the distance between the holes in the wall is 1.7cm
For the 5cm brick the distance between the holes in the wall is 2.5cm
For the 6cm brick the distance between the holes in the wall is 3cm
For the 7cm brick the distance between the holes in the wall is 4.5cm
