2. Printing Configuration Guide

Core Parameters

- Recommended Nozzle: 0.2 mm for superior detail; a 0.4 mm nozzle is also fully compatible
- Layer Height: 0.15–0.20 mm
- Material: PLA or PETG are both suitable
- Infill: 15–20%, striking a balance between structural strength and lightweight design

Special Considerations (Rim, Adhesive, Supports)

1. Rim: We recommend enabling the rim feature to enhance edge adhesion and minimize the risk of warping or delamination at the model’s periphery.
2. Adhesive: No adhesive is required during the printing process, but it is essential for assembly—use a suitable adhesive to carefully bond and secure the separated components (such as the grill, stand, tabletop, etc.) according to the reference images, assembling them into the final, cohesive form.
3. Supports: Several areas of the model—including intricate grill details, tabletop supports, and the chef’s arm—require support structures. When removing supports, proceed with extreme care: these features are highly delicate and prone to breakage. We recommend using fine‑bladed tools to gently peel away the supports in a controlled, gradual manner.

 

3. Assembly Instructions

1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning all printed parts to remove residual supports and burrs.
2. Following the reference images, apply adhesive sequentially: first secure the grill to the base, then attach the tabletop and stand, and finally align and bond the chef and scene elements into place.
3. Once the adhesive has fully cured, lightly sand the joints to achieve a smoother, more natural finish across the entire model.
