LEGO-Style 3D Printed Keychain – Description

This model features a 3D printed keychain spelling the word “LEGO”, designed with a stylized block aesthetic reminiscent of LEGO studs. Each character is modeled with precise cylindrical extrusions on the surface to replicate the iconic stud pattern.

The design includes integrated loops on the top of each letter for easy attachment to keyrings or lanyards. The base body is printed in red PLA, while the studs are highlighted in light gray for contrast.

 

Recommended print settings:

  • Layer height: 0.2 mm

  • Infill: 15–20%

  • Material: PLA or PETG

  • No supports required (depending on printer calibration)

  • Print orientation: flat on the build plate

 

This keychain demonstrates multi-part color printing or post-processing painting techniques. Ideal for display, giveaways, or showcasing dual-color printing capabilities in maker projects.
