PL (Plasticitys Plastic City) modeling—integrated printing with no assembly required. Printing takes about 2 hours, the dimensions fit perfectly, and both adults and children can enjoy it. We plan to continue developing this series.

Parameter Details: 8% spiral infill, seam alignment, no brim, standard supports, and other typical settings.

Notes:

1. It’s recommended not to print multiple pieces at once, as this increases the risk of failure.

2. The base of the telescoping sword model is relatively small. To prevent warping or layer misalignment caused by uneven adhesion, please clean the build plate, apply adhesive spray or coating, and raise the bed temperature by 5°C.

3. If the first few layers stick together and you’re unable to finish printing, gently stretch the model apart; you can also use a utility knife to make slight cuts.

4. If a particular section doesn’t extend smoothly, it may be due to minor extrusion issues or layer misalignment. Try extending it several times—it should become smoother after that.

5. We only tested PLA for printing. If you use PETG, there’s a chance of sticking or excessively tight gaps that could affect extension. We recommend drying your filament and adjusting the hole compensation settings based on your specific conditions.
