This is the "Powerhouse" edition of my octagonal battery holder system. These 4-row wide grids are designed specifically for large-scale energy storage projects, such as home powerwalls, solar accumulators, or high-performance EV battery packs.
Why use the 4-wide series?
- Assembly Speed: Instead of gluing dozens of smaller holders, use these large blocks to rapidly assemble huge battery arrays.
- Structural Integrity: A 4-wide block creates an incredibly solid core, keeping cells perfectly aligned under the weight of a large pack.
- Octagonal Channels: In a dense 4-deep pack, airflow and wire routing are critical. The octagonal design ensures there is a gap between every single cell to prevent heat buildup and allow for BMS sense wires to pass through.

Printing Instructions:
- Material: ABS, ASA, or PETG are mandatory. High-discharge packs generate heat that will deform PLA.
- Fit: Designed for a secure friction fit.
- Wall Count: Use at least 3 perimeters for maximum stiffness.
